L & G Development, LLC is a compilation of the names Lyon and Gordon. Main Street businesmen for decades, Gregg V. Gordon and Michael R. Lyon formulated Grace Stone Estates in November 2004. The partnership was formed to develop a new community that would take advantage of the quality of life that Clarksville, Virginia (commonly known as Lake Country) already offers, particularly for people seeking a retirement or second home. For more than 20 years, the Gordon and Lyon families have successfully catered to the needs of their clients and the same attention to detail will prevail at Grace Stone Estates and Villas.
The combined families have diverse backgrounds from agribusiness, death care to art and theology. The diversity of background has challenged the development team to focus on quality of life without comprising the pristine terrain.
