Grace Stone Estates lies just to the north of Highway 58 as it passes through Clarksville. It is less than five minutes from supermarkets, hardware stores, pharmacies, restaurants -- all the necessities. Nonetheless it borders on pastureland teaming with horses, within minutes of the largest lake in Virginia, with 800 miles of shoreline. It is bounded on three sides by bold streams. Some lots are heavily wooded, all are either bordered by tall hardwoods, or ponds.
Lot 1 includes the vintage farmhouse of this old farmstead, as well as a barn and several outbuildings.
Lots 2 & 3 adjoin a large, overstocked common area fish pond.
Lots 4 through 9 back onto a creek, at least half of each property is heavily wooded, for those hoping for a secluded home in the woods. Wildlife abounds.
Lots 16 through 19 back onto another creek with a peak of horse pasture through the tall hardwoods ringing the creekbed.
Another creekbed lies behind lots 21 through 28, with a pond backing onto lots 23 & 24.
Lots 10 through 12 sit upon a long vista of the old farmland for those craving sunny gardens and pastoral serenity.
Lots 13 through 15 are still heavily wooded, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
